Vendor Day Dates!
The 2009 Cable Tech
Games and Vendor Expo will be held at the Cox Southern Nevada
Headquarters, October 13 - 15.
SCTE Red Rock brings
home the awards!
SCTE Red
Rock placed 6th out of 58 and was recognized as Chapter of the
Year. Additionally, the chapter was awarded the Chapter
Compliance Award. You can read all about it in our May
newsletter!
The SCTE Red Rock Chapter
supported the Canyon Springs first ever Robotics Team. Several
Board Members assisted in the design and construction of the
robot that participated in the March 26th competition that was
held at Thomas and Mack Center. The Canyon Springs Team
placed 9th overall! Congratulations to the Canyon Springs
Team as this was their first time participating!

future for all. And don’t miss an opportunity to proactively
mentor a new member or less informed associate within your
locale. Demonstrate what should be done by witness of your own
behavior. This is what it means to be a SCTE member and a proud
contributor to our innovative industry as well.”
